Pulau Ubin

Sunday, Ryan and I, headed over to Palau Ubin, a small island of the coast of Singapore. You have to hop on a bumboat to get there and they say the island is what Singapore was like in the 1960's before it became so commercialized. We road bikes around the little island village and through the jungle. It was a hot and sweaty day but fun nonetheless! Next stop, BALI!!!!!

The whole bike ride was through these beautiful trees!
A little cottage. It was an open air building for bikers and hikers to rest.
Out on the jetty!

Taking a break after trekking up a big 'ol hill. You can't see behind me but there were several others stopped to rest as well. It was tiring!
The little Pulau Ubin village. This is supposed to be a really yummy seafood restaurant but we were too hot to eat....maybe next time!

The bumboats!
